Color Scanography Botanicals
"In the late 90′s I began to experiment with digital photography and became one of the first to use a scanner as a camera. This resulted in seven books of large format color photographs, published by LIttle Brown. In 2000 Epson nominmated me for the Smithsonian Computerworld Award. At the award ceremony, my friends at Epson described the imagery as "Audobon-like flower images produced exclusively with digital techniques demonstrating a degree of artistic control over the color process that is revolutionizing the possibilities of color photography."
